Delivery terms
I send all my shipments worldwide.
Purchases are shipped via Russian Post with standard delivery times from 15 to 45 business days or with express delivery times from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.

Standard delivery in Russia is free of charge for all products.
Express delivery Russia is RUB 3000 (USD 45) for orders below RUB 20 000 (USD 300).
Express delivery Russia is free of charge for orders above RUB 20 000 (USD 300).

Standard delivery Worldwide is RUB 3000 (USD 45) for orders below RUB 20 000 (USD 300).
Standard delivery Worldwide is free of charge for orders above RUB 20 000 (USD 300).
Express delivery Worldwide is RUB 7000 (USD 100) for all orders.


Tracking
All orders include a shipment tracking number, but once your items are shipped I have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. I'm not responsible for any delays shipping. However, I have chosen the best carrier to avoid any disruptions. All works are professionaly wrapped to ensure their safe arrival.

Import taxes
Be sure to note that orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. Any import taxes that may apply in your country will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the creating or printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

From the moment a painting is made, it begins to age. As the painting continues to age, both the paint film and priming lose flexibility and become brittle. Expansion and contraction of the fabric support, due to absorption and release of moisture from the air, adds further strain which can lead to crack formation.

I do not accept any returns based on artwork ageing.

Send images to kudryavtseva.art@gmail.com and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.
